Spiritual ABCs milestone #1 or -#10 or #27 ? who knows but a bloody good one to have experienced!

Here is an insights I'm braving to share.
Turn your attention internally to this little (or large) life force I often describe as feelings. As you do this I want you to check in with it.
What state is it in?
How are you feeling?

This inner "thing", some call it your gut feeling, note feeling! your inner alarm (you know that feeling which warns you when your not in the right place or situation). Or that inner standard ( when you know the person who is drooling all over you is not someone you should get involved with :).
What I'm trying to describe here is something I do not have a name for, it is like an internal pure you, the one with standards unimaginably high, our potential.

This standard is was I call our beacon (k I know I just put a name to it). This beacon you consciously n subconsciously check in with throughout the day. Checking in to "see" if you FEEL like chocolate cake or FEEL like vanilla cake, if you FEEL like this certain piece of music or if you FEEL like catching up with this particular friend. In another sense this is a deeper level of the knowing that what your surrounded by or experiencing is right or not right. (note: I can only type my experience some people may never feel this. Yet I trust that we all share this "knowing")

Right so this beacon!
This internal beacon which we check in with throughout our lives I've noticed hasn't changed a bit, it has only become stronger the more I've acknowledged it's presence and trusted it's calling, especially it's standards and now I won't settle for less! (giggles well, will try not to sell myself short anymore or as my dear friend quotes "falling of the band wagoon" )

Like the spiritual eyes, it's the lamp to illuminate your path by directing you to your appropriate outer, aligning internal to external :)

You will learn to work with this eternal internal beacon.
Like a mothers embrace to her child, an appreciation of all will bloom from this special relationship you commit to. Your resistances you once resisted you may now look at with different "eyes".
To explain this is one thing to experience the unison is another, the coming of home :)
We all have it in us, our individual unique journeys are our unique school for awakening to this, if, one listens! (or feels n trusts AND has FUN!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I hope this brings a recognition which flames an awareness within you.
